PARTICIPATION PROCEDURE

Scientists and specialists from Russian and international enterprises, organizations, higher education institutions, academic institutes, and research centers are invited to participate.
To participate, it is necessary to:

Collection of Scientific Articles

It will be published in electronic format, available on the official Conference website and in the scientific electronic library eLibrary.ru with article-level indexing in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
Publication of materials in the Conference proceedings is free of charge and does not require a registration fee.

Участники, желающие опубликовать материалы только в Сборнике Конференции — бесплатно, при регистрации в личном кабинете на сайте форума (HETS 2024) не указывают «Участие в форуме с публикацией материалов».

Materials for publication must be submitted by August 10, 2026 (for international participants — by August 1) to the email address confsibpsa@yandex.ru (with the subject line marked «Conference – 09.2026»).
Scientific article materials must be prepared in strict accordance with the template and requirements provided on the website, regardless of which collection the authors intend to publish their materials in.

The costs of travel, accommodation and meals for participants in Krasnoyarsk are borne by the sending party.

Transportation expenses, accommodation and meals for participants in Kazan are covered by the sending organization.
